360Dialog has reported an issue affecting Webhook events for On Premise numbers which can cause messages not being received.

We're keeping an eye on the situation and we'll provide updates here as soon as we hear from 360Dialog.

Meta have marked the issue as resolved, templates should now function as normal.

Meta has identified the issue which is causing disruptions to messaging templates on WhatsApp Business Management APIs and are currently deploying a fix, we're still keeping an eye here and will post updates as soon as we hear back from Meta.
