    We are seeing sporadic instances of real-time notifications not being delivered to users.

    The impact of this is that messages might not appear in the inbox in real-time, and other real-time effects within the Rasayel Inbox, such as typing indicators, may not fire.

    They are currently experiencing major disruption impacting message delivery on WhatsApp Cloud API. This issue started at 2023-08-21 23:24:41 PDT. Their engineering teams are investigating the issue. They will provide another update within 1 hour or sooner if additional information is available.

    We've received reports of users not being able to send or receive messages on WhatsApp. This is an issue affecting all WhatsApp communications.

Some WhatsApp messages are not received by businesses

    We have identified that some of our WhatsApp businesses are not receiving some messages from their customers. The customer will see only 1 tick next to their message, and the business will not receive the message.

    The issue has been identified and fixed in a newer release by Meta.

    This affects some WhatsApp accounts hosted on an older version of on-premise solutions. We are working closely with 360Dialog to upgrade all of our impacted businesses to the newer version as quickly as possible.
